The Opportunity The Team Leader Transfer Stations & Landfills is responsible for providing effective and efficient day-to-day supervision and leadership to the staff working at the eight waste transfer stations, and active and closed landfills in the provision of waste and recycling services. 1-2 months to cover leave. Based in Atherton servicing Transfer Stations in 6 different locations around the Tablelands area handling 13 direct reports. About You Certificate III in Waste Management, Frontline Management, or equivalent experience. Operational and supervisory experience. Also open to Foreman and Site Supervisor experience with a Civil Construction background who have worked managing crews of workman with rostering experience. Assertive and strong to deal with variety of personalities on the team.
