This pivotal role involves driving leadership and management capability initiatives across the Queensland health system to support workforce capability and cultural improvement.
About the Role As a Principal Project Officer, you will: Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of large-scale workforce and leadership development projects.
Analyse capability and learning needs to design tailored training solutions.
Facilitate leadership development programs and culture improvement initiatives for staff at all levels.
Apply contemporary project management and change methodologies to deliver sustainable outcomes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to foster engagement, influence change, and build effective partnerships.
Develop and execute high-quality communication strategies to support business objectives.
About You To be successful, you will demonstrate: Expertise in stakeholder engagement to drive effective business change.
Proven experience in managing leadership and workforce development projects.
Strong analytical, planning, and facilitation skills, including group process design and strategic planning.
Exceptional ability to provide advice to senior management, backed by high-quality documentation and reporting.
Familiarity with change management techniques and adult learning principles.
While not mandatory, qualifications in organisational psychology will be highly regarded.
This role may require occasional travel.
