That's why the blend of classroom + practical training is designed to give you a deep understanding of Private Health Insurance.
What You'll Be Doing:
You'll start on phone calls, learning the ropes by handling simple customer inquiries (e.g., updating addresses, general information).
Then you'll tackle some complex calls, and expand your skills, learning hospital cover, extras, and more on the phones.
Eventually gain upselling and sales related skills as you grow in your role.
Focus on hitting KPIs for quality, compliance, process adherence, response times, and customer satisfaction.
Who We're Looking For:
Anyone with experience in contact centre customer service or someone with a passion for putting customers first.
We're open to anyone with a great attitude, a desire to learn, and a willingness to follow process and compliance guidelines.
Must be able to ask the right questions, listen actively, and work to understand customer needs.
Someone who wants to grow their career in Private Health Insurance.
