About the role
As a Local Area Partner at Access for Us Pty Ltd T/A In Care Services, you will play a key role in supporting individuals with disabilities and their carers within the Perth community. In this full-time position, you will connect people to the services and resources they need to live independently and thrive.
You own a share of the business and run it. All profits will be distributed monthly. What you'll be doing Engaging with local community organizations and stakeholders to identify gaps in disability support services Coordinating the delivery of tailored support plans for clients, ensuring they have access to the right mix of services Developing and maintaining strong relationships with local service providers to expand the network of available support Advocating for clients to help them navigate the complex disability support system Organizing and facilitating community events and activities to foster inclusion and social connection Providing regular progress reports and insights to the wider Access for Us team What we're looking for Proven experience in the aged care or disability support sector, with a strong understanding of the local community Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to empathize and connect with diverse clients Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the capacity to juggle multiple tasks and stakeholders A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team A tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as social work, registered nurse, community services or occupational therapy What we offer
