About The Role:
The purpose of this role is to support the execution of the local area marketing (LAM) campaign strategy. Working within a team responsible for the design and delivery of innovative local area campaigns. This role fosters strong stakeholder relationships through a business partnering approach and supports the execution of community engagement initiatives to drive customer growth and revenue generation across the organisation and enhance brand awareness.
Supporting the implementation of Local Area Marketing campaign strategies aligned to positive brand awareness, stakeholder engagement and customer growth
Nurture stakeholder relationships with Service Delivery teams
Delivering local area marketing tactics in response to organisational priorities and campaign objectives
Delivering innovative events to achieve positive engagement within local area disability community and referral networks
Identifying, negotiating and activating on local area sponsorship and partnership opportunities
Building and maintaining trusted, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders
Providing on-the-ground support for fundraising, lotteries and Service Design activations that require community engagement or media support
Completing and maintaining existing reporting and dashboards to track activity and performance across Local Area Marketing activities
What will you bring:
Generalist marketing experience across traditional and digital marketing channels
High level of communication skills and team collaboration culture
Demonstrated experience in the implementation of marketing strategies that are strategically aligned with marketing and organisational goals
Experience in organising attendance at events, including managing risk and contingencies
Budget management experience
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyse, and disseminate data to draw insights and apply to future activity
Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline including Marketing, Business or Communications is desirable
