About the Role We're looking for an experienced Senior Loan Writer to join our Mandurah team.
In this role, you will manage a steady pipeline of leads and assist clients with their residential lending needs.
You'll thrive in a supportive environment, backed by a robust database of over 5,000 clients generating approximately 20 enquiries per week.
Your responsibilities will include: Managing client relationships from initial enquiry through to loan settlement.
Structuring and submitting residential loan applications.
Liaising with clients, lenders, and solicitors to ensure smooth and timely loan processing.
Offering expert advice on a variety of loan products, including first-home buyer loans, investment loans, construction loans, and more.
Providing exceptional service to maintain and grow Spotter Finance's client base.
Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need: Experience: A minimum of 2 years writing residential loans.
Banking backgrounds are welcome, and training will be provided where needed.
Client Focus: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals.
Problem Solving: A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to overcoming challenges.
Drive: A results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
