Closing date: 3rd July Position Description:Transaction Processing - Loan Services Officer PD_102022 (3).pdf As our Loans Services Officer you will bring your exceptional attention to detail to attend to a variety of tasks related to financial transactions on the Bendigo & Adelaide Bank Branch Delivery System (BDS, RFS A, B & E), this includes attending to financial transactions for customer loan accounts and load balancing with other teams as required. This role plays an important role in a customer's loan life cycle and has a strong relationship to our lenders within Local Connection & Business Banking.
This role will be looking after internal customer transactions where by attention to detail is critical in order to achieve success.
As our new Loan Services Officer you will bring the following skills:
Experience in Operations Processing & Servicing centre practices is highly desirable. Financial transaction experience preferred or experience with a similar loan system. Sound communication and relationship building skills. Proactive, innovative, and prepared to go the extra mile to deliver exceptional customer service. Demonstrated ability to work within tight timeframes. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise. Able to work effectively in a team environment or autonomously. High level of literacy skills. Highly accurate approach with strong attention to detail. Ability to communicate in a positive and professional manner Ability to prioritise, monitor and organise workflows Knowledge of the National Credit Code and Code of Banking Practice is preferred We offer flexible work options that put our people first including a hybrid model with a minimum of x2 days in a local Head Office p/week 0.8, permanent, based at any of the following Head Office locations: Ipswich, Adelaide or Bendigo
