Your new role with Bendigo Bank is just a few clicks away.About the roleThis role will join part of an exciting journey with likeminded people with the introduction of Build for Scale in the Retail space.You will report to the Team Manager and will bring your seasoned skills to carry out the test and learn phase and implementation of the Documentation to Settlement functions within the Retail Build for Scale process.You will have the opportunity to learn the functions of the whole Fulfilment and Settlement process Documentation, Examination & Settlement.The work required includes preparation of accurate and compliant Letter of Offer, Security and ancillary documentation, examination of witnessed documents to ensure they are in a registrable format and the settlement of the loan to draw down stage.Your keen attention to details will assist in you in maintaining a high standard of service delivery ensuring that services are delivered in accordance with set internal and external service standards, targets and performance benchmarks.
Lastly, you will identify opportunities and take action to develop and build relationships between your team and other areas, teams, departments, customers and partners and effectively explore alternatives and positions, to reach outcomes that gain the support and acceptance of all parties to help achieve business goals.About youYou will bring the following skills:Previous experience and knowledge of loan securities, land titles and other forms of property legislation, stamp duty legislation and practices is highly desirable.Experience in a loan processing centre, security documentation or conveyance functions or similar field is preferred.Knowledge of conveyancing and property title requirements for all Australian jurisdictions.Excellent communication and relationship building skills.Proactive, innovative and prepared to go the extra mile to deliver exceptional customer service.Demonstrated ability to work within tight timeframes with the ability to prioritise.Able to work effectively in a team environment or autonomously.Highly accurate approach with strong attention to detail.Knowledge of the Consumer Credit Code and Banking Code of Practice is desirable.We offer flexible work options that put our people first and a hybrid model of minimum x2 days in a local Head Office p/week.This role is a full time, 12 month secondment role, based at any of our head office locations.So, why work with us?Want big impact that matters?
