About the Role:  We are looking for a go-getter, someone with drive, proficiency, well-presented, and a positive attitude to support a busy finance brokerage on a full-time, in-office basis. 
 
Key Responsibilities:  Engage regularly with Brokers Build rapport with clients Solicit information proactively to expedite the loan processOptimise client satisfaction Liaise with our Mortgage Brokers, Lenders, Clients, and key stakeholders Guide clients through the loan application process Process applications from broker handover to loan approval Perform data entry into CRM systems and use computer software and applications Gather and process documents Assist brokers with tasks such as discharges, pricing, policy, and servicing About you: Joining the Brokerage & Co. team, you will be eager to assist clients and tailor solutions to
meet their financial aspirations. Your role will require a keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills to effectively manage the mortgage broker's schedule and facilitate smooth transactions
Required Skills: 
Excel in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving abilities Work independently and as part of a team Relevant experience in customer service and/or a Banking/Broker Support role Tech-savvy - able to navigate new software and applications Strong customer focus with a positive, can-do attitude Excellent communication skills and dedication to setting realistic client expectations Strong problem-solving skills Required Knowledge & Qualifications:
