Loan Officer

About the Company:
Our client is a locally owned finance and leasing firm that provides personalised lending solutions to meet the unique needs of their clients. Specialising in various services including motor vehicle, boat, and caravan financing, they are looking for a skilled Loan Officer to become a valuable part of their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary contact for clients, brokers, and external stakeholders.Review and evaluate clients' credit history.Analyse customer profiles to determine loan suitability.Assist with loan application data entry and support loan documentation preparation.Assist with daily accounting and finance functions.Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.About You: Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain).Strong communication and customer service skills, both via phone, email, and face-to-face.Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.High proficiency in data entry and computer literacy.Excellent organisational and time management skills to meet deadlines.Minimum 2+ years' experience in a similar role (preferred).Experience in banking, finance broking, car yard finance, or lending is a strong advantage.Requirements: The successful candidate must be able to provide a valid police check.
