Loan Administration Officer

China Merchants Bank established in 1987 in Shenzhen, the forefront of China's reform and opening-up drive, CMB is China's first joint-stock commercial bank and also the first bank to attend the national experiment for the promotion of China's banking industry reform driven by endeavours from outside the government. After conducting years of market research regarding the Bank's expansion in Australia, CMB became the first non-state-owned Chinese commercial bank to seek ADI authorization in Australia. Overseas expansion is one of the Bank's global strategic objectives and CMB considers this a long-term commitment. 
Major Responsibilities: Duties include, but are not limited to:
 
Prepare and review loan and security documents (corporate and syndication loan) to confirm satisfaction of approval conditions;Process financial close and drawdown by confirming satisfaction of all settlement-related documents;Data, Limit and collateral module management on internal system and support development of system;Monitor post-lending condition compliance and credit annual review;Process loan interest, fees and repricing;Collateral and credit file management;Co-ordination of requests relating to loan facility management, e.g. waiver or amendment requests;Branch policy and training management;Other project based tasks supporting the internal control and compliance department and general administrative tasks and provide support for ad-hoc projects. Skills and Attributes: Over 3 years local banking experience, mainly engaged in loan administration/credit risk area;Bachelor degree or above in the relevant disciplines;Comprehensive knowledge of corporate loan products and banking operations and a good understanding of relevant laws and principles relating to loan administration;Excellent analytical, communication and coordination skills; Strong bilingual English and Mandarin oral and written communication skills;Have a can-do attitude and is an enthusiastic team player.
