Job Description Cushman & Wakefield are looking to appoint a Loading Dock Coordinator to commence as soon as possible.
Working on the client side in Melbourne's East, the role will be responsible for:
Coordinating inbound/outbound deliveries at the loading bay, handling equipment and stock, providing onsite management of vehicular movements, and monitoring and managing health and safety practices for vehicular access and egress. Facilities Management: Identifying, communicating, and escalating facilities management issues and needs. Meeting Room Bookings: Supporting meeting room set up as required, including adjusting movable walls, chairs, and other general setup activities. Contractor Management: Working with contractors relevant to the Loading Dock services and other services as required. Customer Service: Ensuring excellent customer service in relationships with the client and associated stakeholders. This is a great opportunity for customer service-minded individuals to join us as we expand our service offering on this new client account.
