Mining - Operations (Mining, Resources & Energy) CSA Mine is looking for an experienced Loader Operator to join the team. You will work in a team that is focused on safety, while driving to meet the plan. You will work in one of the world's most iconic mining districts, which has the second highest grade copper mine in the country. We are currently seeking an experienced loader operator to safely and efficiently conduct loader operations applying both conventional and tele-remote stope loader techniques.In this role you will be responsible for:Management of the underground trucking fleet to ensure that they are fully utilisedEnsuring truck loads are maximisedRoadwork maintenance and housekeepingCorrectly identify and manage ore and waste Strict compliance with tele-remote proceduresEnsuring tram and loading packages are maintainedMonitoring, reporting, and conducting thorough equipment prestart and shutdown inspections Working with applicable departments, contractors, and teams to ensure production targets are safely metPromoting and reinforcing a culture of safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvementAny other task as directed by the supervisorAbout you:Minimum 2 years tele-remote experienceStrong focus on safety and teamworkDependable, self-motivated, with a high level of initiativeGood organisational skills with the ability to set and meet daily targetsConditions:This is a residential position and is offered on 7/7 continuous shift roster. 12 weeks of free transit accommodation is provided to assist the successful applicant to source their own accommodation locally. Relocation assistance is also available.
