More about the role: The Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operation and user experience of the Nursing Program's learning management system as we expand and grow our services and areas of focus.
Through building strong relationships and engaging key stakeholders, you will support the administration, management and shaping of educational content which is integral to the ongoing learning and development of Mc Grath Cancer Care Nurses.
Key responsibilities include: Collaborate with the team and other stakeholders in the creation, review and maintenance of all courses and programs within the LMS.
Coordinate and maintain all user profiles, registrations, enrolments and completions in the system.
Resolve system issues and support the ongoing maintenance of the LMS and interface with other systems in conjunction with the IT team and external provider.
Monitor engagement and prepare reports as scheduled or as required.
Contribute to the delivery and evaluation of the overall Mc Grath Nurse Education and Professional Development Program.
Perform general education-related administrative tasks from time-to-time.
This role is a part-time position, working remotely 3 days per week (0.6 FTE).
Availability to work Mondays is ideal but there is flexibility around agreeing on the remaining workdays.
Occasional interstate travel may be required as part of this role.
Who we are looking for: We are looking for a focused and organised individual with a mix of the following experience and skills: Experience maintaining and developing educational content in an LMS.
Experience in LMS administration, preferably Totara.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work both within a team, independently and with external stakeholders.
Advanced organisational and time management skills.
Experience analysing data and preparing reports preferred.
