The Role We are looking for a Loan processor / loan writer to work within our Robina office, providing exceptional support to brokers and liaising closely with diverse clients. You'll play a key role in delivering value throughout the entire client journey, while also having the opportunity to progress within the industry.
Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive support to brokers in managing client accounts Assist brokers with preparing and submitting asset finance & personal loan applications Analyse and process financial documents for clients Liaise with clients, lenders, and stakeholders to ensure documentation is complete and accurate Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations Manage client files and assist in maintaining workflow for timely processing Requirements: Experience in a banking, broking, or credit support role would be an advantage.
