We are looking for experienced trainers to work on site in Bundaberg to deliver basic Language, Literacy, Numeracy & Digital skills (LLND) training through the Skills for Education & Employment (SEE) Program.
The Position As an LLND Trainer your responsibilities will include:
Delivering engaging and contextualised language, literacy and numeracy training.Provide flexible delivery, adapting resources to meet the individual needs and learning goals of clients.The ability to problem solve and overcome challenges to meet the requirements of the contract.Work collaboratively with key stakeholders and be able to market the SEE Program.Undertake accurate assessment and record keeping to ensure compliance and consistency.The Successful Applicant To be considered for this opportunity you must meet the following criteria:
Hold a current TAE40116 Certificate IV Training and Assessment or higher level adult education qualification.Hold the Foundation Skills Integration Skillset TAESS00026 (or ability to obtain within first 3 months of employment).At least 100 hours of adult education experience.Experience to deliver training to a youth cohort is highly advantageous.An understanding of and respect for diversity and Indigenous Australian culture and customs.Applicants must have the ability to complete a National Police Check and hold a current Driver Licence.
