As an IT Support Intern, you will be the first point of contact for technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, software, and other IT-related issues.
This role is designed to provide you with hands-on experience and exposure to a variety of IT tasks, with opportunities to specialize in data, AI, or marketing technologies.

Key Responsibilities: Provide first-level support for IT-related issues and inquiries.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network problems.
Support users with Zoho applications and Google Suite tools.
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
Document and track support requests and resolutions using ticketing systems.
Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement improvements in support processes.
Participate in IT projects and initiatives as assigned.
Opportunities for Specialization: Data: Gain exposure to data management, analysis, and reporting tools.
Learn about data security, data warehousing, and data visualization.
AI: Work with AI technologies and tools, assist in AI model training and deployment, and learn about AI-driven solutions and applications.
Marketing: Support the marketing team with IT-related needs, including digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and marketing automation.
Requirements: Final year or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking principles.
Familiarity with Zoho applications and Google Suite tools is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tasks.
Hands-on experience with a variety of IT support tasks.
