About the role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse (Living Support Manager) to join our dynamic team at St Vincent's Care Services, Kew. In this role, you will report directly to the Facility Manager and be a member of the Senior Leadership Team, working collaboratively with the Care Managers and guiding the Living Support Team to ensure resident-centered care.

This role is ideal for an Enrolled Endorsed Nurse, Registered Nurse, or Care Manager currently working in a senior role in an aged care setting, with an understanding of resident-directed care.

To be successful in this role, you need to be passionate about promoting and leading resident-centered care, with strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
