About the role: We have an exciting new opportunity for a Registered Nurse (Living Support Manager) to join our dynamic team at St Vincent's Care Services, Kew.

St Vincent's Care Services Kew redefines the expectations of residential aged care.
In this role you will report directly to the Facility Manager and will be a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
The role will showcase your unique ability to work collaboratively with the Care Managers whilst guiding the Living Support Team (Personal Care, Lifestyle and Hotel Services team) to ensure your resident centred care and daily preferences are maintained.
This role is ideal for a Enrolled Endorsed Nurse, Registered Nurse or Care Manager who is currently working in a senior role in an aged care setting and has an understanding of resident directed care and be prepared to champion this.
To be successful in this role, you need to be passionate about promoting and leading the provision of resident centred care which is sensitive to individual resident needs and preferences – care that is kind, compassionate and embraces all aspects of individualised care and choice.
You need to have strong communication, organisational and leadership skills and have the ability to be an influential role model, inspiring those around you to go the extra distance to provide the best of care, care that is from the heart.
