Could you be our next Livestock Administration Officer? The Livestock Administration Officer supports the function and administration of livestock operations. This role involves coordinating livestock deliveries and forward bookings. The role is also responsible for assisting with the implementation of livestock processes, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with relevant programs the business is involved in. 
What can you expect day-to-day?  Livestock Management Maintain and coordinate accurate livestock schedules and bookings.Primary plant communication and livestock logistics.Production liaison - livestock scheduling.Compliance and Certification NVD and NLIS compliance and management.Producer certification compliance (primary plants and on farm).Documentation and Reporting Commercial document preparation (producer confirmations).Carcass data management.Data management and preparing data for analysis and reporting.Financial Administration Post processing invoicing and accounts work. To be successful in the role, you will have:  Excellent computer literacy and experience with the Microsoft suite. Excellent written and verbal communication capability.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Punctual and well presented. Ability to liaise with clients via email, phone, and in-person in a professional manner. Prior administration experience. Strong attention to detail.
