Live-In Motel Manager

Tasks and Responsibilities Overseeing daily operations of the front desk, housekeeping and maintenance for a motel of 19 rooms.Managing motel staff including rostering, recruiting and training, whilst controlling wage costs.Manage and resolve guest complaints in a timely and appropriate manner to ensure a high level of customer service and satisfactionLiaising and ordering from suppliers.Perform laundry duties when required.Requirements Ability to live on site and work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environmentAble to work on weekends and public holidays.At least one years full time relevant experienceExcellent customer service & communication skillsKnowledge of reservations software & MS officeJob Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
