Live In Motel Caretaker/Receptionist

The Across Country Motor Inn is a 23 room Motel in Dubbo and is looking for a live in Caretaker/Receptionist to assist the Owner/Operator. The Motel has a 3.5 star rating and is located on the main highway (Newell Hwy) between Brisbane and Melbourne. The CBD of Dubbo and the ever popular Western Plains Zoo are a 2 minute drive away. 
The successful applicant/s will be required to live on site in the motel residence which contains two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Reception is open between 8am and 10pm. 
They will ideally have the following attributes:
Motel reception experience
Exceptional customer service, sales and communication skills
A friendly and positive attitude
Good computer literacy skills
On-call after hours for emergencies
Key responsibilities:
Guest reservation check-ins
Answering the phone i.e. Enquiries and reservations
Monitoring email reservations and enquiries (Owner/operator also)
Guest relations and services
Supervising Housekeeping staff and performance (inspecting rooms upon cleaning)
Monitoring linen stock levels and ordering when required
Monitoring motel supplies stock levels and reporting to Owner/operator
50-55K remuneration including accommodation and utilities. i.e. Electricity/water/gas
