Live-In Boarding Supervisor

The Role Great Southern Grammar is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our boarding team as a Live-In Boarding Supervisor. You will actively contribute to the care and education for our boarders. As a Live-In Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and support environment for our students. You would assist and provide support to the Heads of Boarding House and lead and supervise students when attending activities and outings. This position also plays a significant part in the pastoral care of students. A subsidised two-bedroom unit is available on campus within the boarding precinct with meals and utilities provided for.

The Person Do you possess:
Experience in a similar role or a background in youth work or related fields;Friendliness, enthusiasm, energy and a confident approach when interacting with staff and students;Sound organisational skills; andAbility to plan, organise, implement and record activities and adhere to routines.To Apply Click on 'Apply' and follow the instructions.
