### Job Description

CSL Limited is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Live Chat Officer to join our dynamic team. ### Key Responsibilities

- **Customer Engagement:** Provide real-time support to customers through live chat channels, ensuring a timely and effective response to inquiries.
- **Issue Resolution:** Address customer concerns and queries, offering solutions and insights to enhance their experience with CSL Limited.
- **Product Knowledge:** Maintain a thorough understanding of CSL's products and services to provide accurate information and support to customers.
- **Documentation & Reporting:** Document customer interactions in the CRM system and prepare reports on common inquiries and issues to drive process improvements.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with other departments, including technical support and sales, to ensure a seamless customer experience and effective problem resolution.
- **Feedback Collection:** Gather customer feedback and insights, relay suggestions for improvements to the management team, and contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction initiatives.
- **Maintain Professionalism:** Uphold the company's values and standards while providing high-quality service in every customer interaction.
- **Continuous Learning:** Stay current with product offerings, industry trends, and emerging technologies to improve service delivery and customer experiences.

### Requirements

#### Education & Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or live chat support role.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.

#### Skills & Competencies:
- **Emotional Intelligence:** Strong ability to understand and manage your own emotions, as well as empathize with customers to provide tailored support.
- **Adaptability:** Ability to adjust to new challenges, changes in work environment, and demands from customers quickly and effectively.
- **Communication Skills:** Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail and a professional tone.
- **Technical Proficiency:** Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and live chat software is preferred.
