Be The Face Of Our Brand New Sale Service! Little Saints ELC is seeking a dynamic and empowering People Leader with a high-performing mindset for an exceptional full-time opportunity. In this role, you will guide and support educators and families while building the foundational team for our new state-of-the-art facility in Sale.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee the full operation of the centre, including recruitment, compliance, and staff development. Foster an inclusive and welcoming environment for children, families, and educators through your strong interpersonal skills. Lead and develop a high-performing team of educators. Foster strong relationships with families and the community. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and uphold high standards of service. The successful applicant will have: A completed Diploma in Children's Services and/or Bachelor of Education (or working towards) Current First Aid and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates, and current Working with Children check. Previous experience as a centre manager (2+ years) Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to build positive relationships with Children, Families and Educators WWCC Right to work in Australia.
