THE FIRM A leading commercial law firm with a strong national presence is seeking a talented Senior Associate or Special Counsel to join their prestigious Disputes team in Brisbane.
As a key team member, you'll handle complex litigation work with excellent support from a collaborative team and award-winning partners.

THE WORK This role offers the opportunity to work on some of the largest corporate disputes in Queensland.
Without the need for an existing client base, you'll take the lead on complex matters including high-end disputes, professional negligence cases, regulatory proceedings, funded litigation, and class actions.
You'll be supported by a large team throughout the dispute process, from trial preparation and investigations to drafting pleadings, taking witness statements, and preparing evidence.
THE IDEAL LAWYER To excel in this role, you should have: 5+ years of PAE with a strong foundation in disputes Experience handling complex corporate litigation matters Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, delegate tasks, and mentor junior staff.
