Allygroup is looking for Litigation Lawyers at the APS4 - EL1 levels to join the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) which aims to support people with disability to engage more independently in our communities and workplaces.
This is an exciting opportunity to support the important work of the NDIA which is making a meaningful impact on the lives of more than 600,000 Australians. You will work for an inclusive and diverse workplace and contribute to a high-performing legal team within the Administrative Appeals Tribunal and Dispute Resolution and Litigation Branch.
Roles may be available under secondment arrangements for contracts of 6+ months with the possibility for further extensions or permanent roles. Roles are open to candidates based in Adelaide. Flexible working arrangements may also be considered for the right candidate or to accommodate additional needs or caring requirements.
We are seeking candidates with experience within, knowledge of and interest in:
Dispute Resolution and LitigationDetailed statements of work will be provided to suitable candidates. Other 'ad hoc' duties may also be required to meet business requirements.
