In this role you will handle a broad range of litigation matters, acting for either the plaintiff or defendant:Commercial Litigation: contractual disputes, partnership disputes, bankruptcy and insolvency, professional negligence, trade practices, building and construction claims, leasing and franchising disputes;Employment Law: acting for either employer or employee such as breaches of employment contracts, restraint of trade, OH&S claims, sexual harassment/discrimination/bullying in the workplace;Media/Intellectual Property: including copyright, defamation and intellectual property claims including confidentiality/non-disclosure agreements, licensing agreements, and deeds of assignment.Here, you will be able to make your mark in this firm and be a part of their future succession planning.
