About the role:
Working closely with the Managing Partner, your day will see you:
managing your own fileload of Magistrate Court & Federal Circuit Court matters;assisting the Partner on more complex superior court proceedings (e.g.
District/Supreme Court & Federal Court Proceedings);working across a variety of matters including bankruptcy, insolvency, construction, torts and commercial disputes for a mix of SME and high net worth clients.Skills/Experience:
To be considered for this role you will have:
2-10 years PAE in commercial litigation;good experience managing your own smaller fileload;a high level of attention to detail; andthe confidence to work closely with your clients.Benefits:
