About the opportunities 2 roles exist for a junior litigation lawyer (1-2 yr PQE) and an Associate level lawyer (4-5 yr PQE).
The roles will involve a mixture of commercial litigation and commercial work under the supervision of experienced practitioners.
The successful applicant will be expected to maintain carriage of litigation and commercial files, to be able to assist supervision of junior lawyers, and to work closely with leading counsel on more complex matters.
The role includes work in the following areas: · Building, construction and engineering litigation; · Corporations and trade practices disputes; · Equity; · General Commercial advisory and drafting of commercial agreements and documents; · Property disputes and litigation; and · Preparing and modifying agreements for commercial clients with multiple and repeat commercial transactions.
