The Role An opportunity exists for a lawyer to join our litigation & dispute resolution practice in our Melbourne office.
In this role, you will work closely with the litigation partners and directly with our clients on complex, challenging and high-profile commercial litigation matters.
You want to feel challenged, and to be given opportunities to take on additional responsibility, have autonomy and perform to your own high standard.
More specifically you will have: proven experience and strong knowledge of commercial litigation disputes as a lawyer (2 to 4 years of post-qualification experience gained in private practice either in Australia or an overseas jurisdiction); the ability to identify key issues in a legal matter; superior analytical, research, communication and drafting skills; a commitment to excellence; sound judgement and a proactive, innovative and outcome-focussed approach to work; and the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
