This is an exciting opportunity for a Litigation Lawyer to take on a challenging and rewarding role within a well-established Boutique firm. You will be involved in a broad range of disputes, providing strategic advice, and representing clients in both state and federal jurisdictions. The firm are currently seeking a talented Litigation Lawyer with 2+ years of post-admission experience to join their rapidly growing practice.

Your new role Manage and conduct litigation in a variety of legal areas. Provide sound legal advice and representation to clients. Prepare and review legal documents and correspondence. Engage in negotiations and alternative dispute resolution processes. Collaborate with senior lawyers and partners on complex cases. What you'll need to succeed A minimum of 2 years' PAE in litigation, with experience in commercial disputes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Current practicing certificate in Queensland. What you'll get in return
