YOUR ROLEReporting to an industry-leading famous expert strata law Partner with an impressive track record, you will relish the challenge and mentorship in providing top-quality innovative advice to high-end clients in the strata/community title industry (body corporates, community schemes, owners corporations/unit holders) including:
Property/construction litigation including appearances in various specialist tribunals (e.g.
NCAT) and courts and attending mediations;Drafting/advice regarding by-laws, building defects, strata/community management agreements, building management/caretaker agreements, company constitutions, easements, leases/licenses.**This role is primarily litigation focused.
