The Role
Are you ready to leverage your 2 years of experience in building and construction law?
This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with owners, start-up builders, and major volume builders.
As a key player in this position, you will excel in providing counsel on building contracts and skillfully navigate through contractual or defective works disputes that may arise in the course of a building project.
Your expertise will extend to representing clients in mediations or conciliations and offering valuable insights on settlement options.
Your proficiency may also encompass handling DBDRV and VCAT disputes, home warranty and insurance claims, and drafting compliance manuals for building contracts.
Moreover, you might find yourself tasked with reviewing and advising on display village contracts, as well as scrutinising and providing guidance on marketing collateral.

You
You will be a lawyer with:
strong litigation experience and ideally experience in building & construction law
experience in litigation (Supreme Court, County Court, Magistrates Court, VCAT)
