Our client is a commercial law firm and due to a strong pipeline of work, they are looking to recruit an enthusiastic lawyer with around 2 to 6 years pae.
The firm works with clients in the property, construction, insurance industries as well as SMEs, high net worth individuals and major corporations.

The role will see you working on mainly litigation matters as well as front-end matters e.g. advice work, documents. You will be attending court and tribunals, interviewing witnesses, assisting with the drafting of court documents and submissions, assisting with drafting advices to clients, drafting letters of advice, assisting with client seminars, client workshops, writing articles for clients.

This role will see you gaining 'hands on' experience. The career path is transparent and for those who are ambitious, you can progress quickly, and be rewarded for their hard work.

About You The ideal candidate will have a background in litigation and dispute resolution.
You will also have the following:
