Literacy Instructional Leader

St Francis of Assisi Primary School is a learner focussed and empowering community ensuring all students flourish and reach their full potential. We are seeking a passionate Literacy Instructional Leader to join our growing school as we continue to implement a low variance, evidence based structured literacy approach across our school. Ongoing teacher role with a two year fixed term Position of Leadership (POL 2)

Literacy Instructional Leader role is a 0.6 position

If the successful applicant is seeking 0.8 or 1.0 time fraction employment, additional days of classroom teaching may be negotiated.

Minimum Responsibilities:

Support the implementation of a structured literacy approach across the school. Engage in solution-focused dialogue with staff to foster collaboration. Ensure school priorities in literacy are supported and implemented school-wide. Participate in the development of positive relationships within the school community.
