About Us Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.
Collectively, Victoria's Supreme, County, Magistrates', Children's, and Coroners courts, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), the Judicial College of Victoria, the Judicial Commission of Victoria, and Court Services Victoria (CSV) are referred to as the 'Courts Group'.

About the Role Reporting to the Manager, Listings, the listings coordinator works alongside a team of coordinators to schedule VCAT cases using various hearing formats like Zoom, Teleconference, and In-Person hearings.
The listings team is the engine room of the tribunal: we work closely with members and registries across the tribunal to make sure we're maximizing our resources to schedule hearings at the earliest and most appropriate time.
Using your exceptional organisational skills, you will be:
