Reporting to the Head of Corporate Services, you will inspire and guide a talented team while driving strategic initiatives across all aspects of HR.
About the Role:
As the Manager People and Culture, you will:
Lead a comprehensive suite of People and Culture services, including recruitment, learning and development, employee relations, organisational development, performance management, leadership development, and compliance.
Play a pivotal role in developing and implementing people management strategies aligned with the organisation's Integrated Planning and Reporting Framework.
Provide expert advice to senior managers on workforce planning, change management, and employee engagement.
Drive initiatives to foster a high-performance culture and deliver transformational change.
Support the organisation in managing complex workplace issues and maintaining a harmonious and productive environment.
Lead the implementation of the Workforce Management Plan, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
Manage financial, legal, physical, and human resources for the team, ensuring delivery within budgets and timelines.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
Postgraduate qualifications in Business, Management, or Project Management are desirable.
Experience: Extensive experience leading HR operations and implementing transformational change within complex organisations.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to inspire, engage, and lead a team to deliver excellence through service benchmarks and continuous improvement.
Strategic Vision: A proven track record of using HR metrics to inform strategic decision-making and drive business outcomes.
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of statutory requirements, including Acts, regulations, and guidelines.
Interpersonal Skills: High emotional intelligence, integrity, and the ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver solutions.
