As a Liquor Retail Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the high standards of our liquor department.

What you'll be doing
Greeting and assisting customers with their liquor purchases Restocking shelves and ensuring the liquor department is well-presented Adhering to all relevant liquor licensing and responsible service of alcohol regulations Performing cash handling and point-of-sale duties Collaborating with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience What we're looking for
Previous experience in a customer service or retail role, preferably in the liquor industry Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour Excellent product knowledge and a passion for providing exceptional customer service Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently Flexible and adaptable to accommodate varying shifts and work schedules Certification in Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) or willingness to obtain Swintons IGA takes pride in our commitment to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service.
