Assisting with the driving of in-store sales and achieving set KPI's Managing the store's ordering process and overall control of inventory Maintaining our exceptional customer service standards Motivating, coaching and leading a small team to achieve all business objectives Ensuring a safe environment for team members and customers We are looking for a pro-active individual, with the following skills and experience:
An accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate as well as a Responsible Person Badge (RSP) Experience in a similar role Proven ability to manage staff Product knowledge of beer, cider, wine and spirits Computer and POS skills Ability to provide exceptional customer service at all times If this sounds like the opportunity you've been looking for, we'd love to hear from you!
