About The Role They are urgently looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join and initially manage a key project from end to end with a strong pipeline of work to come. This will be an independent role with minimum hand holding and the opportunity to act as a pseudo Project Manager from time to time.
Key Responsibilities Lead the analysis of business requirements Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their pain points and areas for improvement Produce detailed process maps Leading workshops Ensure data integrity, support business reporting, and create comprehensive documentation Effectively manage key internal stakeholders About You You will be a Senior Business Analyst with over 3+ years experience in Financial Services Experience within Project Management is highly regarded but not mandatory Technically savvy and comfortable working with large data sets Self motivated, proactive and comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders Experienced in managing multiple key stakeholders simultaneously Company Culture Our client operate in a fast-paced environment where innovation is encouraged.
