What does the job look like? The PMO Analyst develops and maintains IT Operational Project reporting, financial risk and issue tracking, project and program financial assurance activities, IT Project Financial reporting and governance and PMO administrative activities. This role supports the Reporting & Governance Manager, Linfox's project management community and the wider PMO.
Other duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Collect, consolidate, and analyze project, program, and initiative data to drive effective decision-making across the organization. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to support project financial decisions and the IT end-of-month processes. Contribute to the administration of the PMO's Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) tool and PMO Power BI dashboard reports. Develop expertise in the PPM tool, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate. Maintain project reporting, tracking, and resource management tools, ensuring alignment with internal accounting systems (SAP). Monitor compliance with established standards and report on performance. Manage PMO administrative tasks, including project baselining, resource onboarding, contractor administration, timesheet processes, and facilitating the annual R&D tax credit process. Actively contribute to the team's continuous improvement initiatives. Are you the one? The ideal candidate can demonstrate:
Proven experience in managing a variety of business and technical projects, with a strong understanding of project and program delivery. Expertise in risk, issue, and dependency reporting. Proficiency in Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) tools. Advanced experience in Power BI. Knowledge of PMO frameworks and standards. Ability to develop custom reports from diverse datasets. Experience in creating forecasting models for resources and costs. Strong ability to manage PMO administrative processes.
