This is an exciting opportunity for a Lineworker on a Permanent Full-Time Basis at our Katanning Depot.
Katanning is located 277 kilometres south-east of Perth, Western Australia, fondly referred to as the 'Heart of the Great Southern'.
With its vibrant annual festivals and art shows, heritage architecture and multicultural community, Katanning is a rural cultural hotspot. Katanning offers food, art, music, dance and culture, being centrally located, it is an ideal 'hub' to visit the rest of the region.

Financial assistance with relocation from anywhere in Australia or New ZealandAvailability Allowance (Where applicable)Fortnightly RDOOption to purchase additional leave3 Additional Leave Days per yearAbout this role You will be required to construct and maintain in a team environment the transmission and/or distribution electricity network to maintain the integrity of the network in a safe, reliable, and affordable manner to ensure an uninterrupted supply to customers and within all applicable guidelines and regulations.
Rectifying faults promptly and isolating the network for repairs to maintain the integrity of the network and minimise customer impact.Executing programmed construction and maintenance work to ensure safe, reliable, and affordable operation of the network.Constructing network infrastructure according to design specifications and construction standards. Dealing with day-to-day technical issues that can arise, on site, relating to design and construction issues.About you We are seeking someone with experience and attributes that include:
Demonstrated industry experience in the construction and maintenance of the distribution electricity network.HOU and LOU Switching is highly regarded but not essential.Our recruitment process requires that all candidates who progress to the pre-employment stage must hold a police clearance issued within the last six months.
