In this role you will:
Oversee the development and implementation of key strategic projects for the region, developing expert business strategies and execution plans in line with objectives and presenting to the executive team as required.
Foster top performance and growth for your employees via excellent mentorship and leadership.
Use your business development skills to engage new clients as well as repeat projects with existing clients.
Expertly manage client projects and project teams, ensuring all deliverables are achieved in line with schedule and budget requirements.

Have grown your experience within a consultancy environment over 10 years.
Have increasing levels of scope and responsibility within the Melbourne construction market and are ready to take the next step in your career.
Have a degree or comparable experience in Project Management, Engineering, or construction related discipline.
Have strong operational management experience in a dynamic environment.
