The Role: Our Mildura depot is seeking MC Linehaul Drivers to join the team. Linehaul drivers are responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of customer goods from one location to another. This role demands a high level of skill, expertise and experience in operating a commercial heavy vehicle with a gross vehicle mass of over 4.5 tonne.

Key Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Working with temperature sensitive freightEnsuring the safe and timely handling of company freightCompleting relevant pre-start checklists, safety documentation and delivery paperworkInteracting with clients in a professional mannerWorking closely with Depot teams for the loading, unloading and transportation of freightOperating prime movers in the configuration of B-doublesCompleting essential safety documentation such as pre-start checklistsAbout you: To succeed in this role, we anticipate you will be able to demonstrate:
Experience driving B-doublesMC class LicenceKnowledge of paperwork associated with freight delivery and familiarity using internal cab data systemsBasic Fatigue Management accreditation (well respected but not essential)A commitment to workplace health and safetyExperience transporting chilled & frozen freight is highly respectedReliable and punctual with good communication skillsA strong customer focusTo be successful for this role applicants must: Pass a Commercial Drivers Health Assessment including drug and alcohol testProvide a current traffic print outBe prepared to work day & night shifts with flexibility of start and finish timesLindsay Australia operates with a culture of honesty and openness.
