Responsibilities and Qualifications Prior experience as a Leader or technical professional.Exposure to mining, maintenance or processing is ideal but experience in other industries that utilise an operating system founded on lean principles would be highly regarded (e.g.
manufacturing, health, finance, logistics, etc.
).Understanding/exposure to continuous improvement methodologies and organisational change.Establish credibility as a trusted advisor through your improvement, leadership, coaching and communication skills.Comfortable with ambiguity, complexity and delivering outcomes in a matrix environment using your collaboration, engagement, influence, and coaching skills.We value diversity in thinking and this role will leverage your ability to get the best from a diverse and inclusive team culture.Exposure to data analytics advantageous but not essential.Proficiency in Microsoft PowerBI, Excel, PowerPoint valued.
