Aviation Services (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics) Full time $129,000 per year plus $15,900 salary packaging About the role This is a full-time Line Pilot position based in Jandakot, Western Australia with the Royal Flying Doctor Service WO.
As a Line Pilot, you will play a vital role in providing critical medical and emergency services to regional and remote communities across Western Australia.
What you'll be doing Operating and flying aircraft in a range of conditions and environments Transporting patients, medical staff and equipment to and from regional and remote locations Performing pre-flight checks and maintaining aircraft airworthiness Navigating aircraft and communicating with air traffic control and ground support teams Adhering to all safety procedures and regulations Providing high-quality customer service to patients and medical personnel What we're looking for Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL) or Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL) Significant experience (minimum 1500 hours) flying fixed-wing aircraft in a variety of weather conditions Strong situational awareness, decision-making and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Commitment to safety and a collaborative team environment Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and public holidays What we offer At the Royal Flying Doctor Service WO, we are committed to supporting our employees and providing a rewarding and fulfilling work environment.
