Line Marker & Traffic Controller – Immediate Start, Great Pay & Growth!Ozmarks Group, a leading line marking company based in Melbourne's eastern suburbs, is looking to expand our team. We're seeking motivated individuals who are eager to learn, adapt, and grow with our business. This role starts with day shifts (6am to 2:30pm), but operational demands may occasionally require afternoon shifts (7pm to 3am) or extended hours on site.About the Role: This is a hands-on position where you'll be actively involved in the line marking process. Your primary duties will include assisting our line markers during installation, traffic management, and learning the ins and outs of road line marking.Key Responsibilities:Driving company vehicles to and from job sites.Guiding and directing traffic around work zones.Implementing Traffic Management Plans (TMP).Reading and interpreting construction drawings.Assisting with the application of preformed thermoplastic and cold-applied plastic markings.Helping maintain equipment and machinery.What We're Looking For:Strong work ethic and positive attitude.Manual driver's license (MR/HR license is a plus).White Card (construction induction).Rail Industry Worker (RIW) Card (preferred).Stop/Slow Bat Ticket and TMP Implementation Ticket (highly regarded).If you're ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role in a dynamic environment, please submit your resume along with a brief description of what you're looking for in your next career move.Join Ozmarks Group and be part of a team that values growth, teamwork, and skill development.
