We are looking for Prep Chefs to join our culinary team.
As a Line Cook at 6HEAD, you will be working with the best of the best. You will be an essential part of our kitchen brigade, responsible for preparing and presenting dishes to meet our high culinary standards. Your culinary expertise and dedication to detail will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our discerning guests.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook premium-quality dishes according to our recipes and presentation guidelines. Execute tasks efficiently and with precision during service hours. Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure a smooth kitchen operation. Maintain cleanliness and organization in your section and the kitchen. Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Assist in food preparation. Contribute to maintaining kitchen inventory and ordering supplies. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a high-end or fine dining restaurant is preferred. Strong culinary skills and knowledge of cooking techniques. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Current qualifications within the hospitality industry. Attention to detail and a passion for culinary excellence. Team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
