Specifically, you will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
Complete of all food preparation, set up and pack down of the kitchenProvide exceptional kitchen standards to maintain the quality of produce and presentation of all mealsConduct kitchen quality control measures including stock management, daily checklists and cleaning rosters and ensure company compliance of all OH&S/WH&S requirementsLead By Example by embodying our company's values and fostering a positive work cultureAbout you Passion for Food: appreciation of all aspects of food and a strong commitment to providing exceptional serviceCommunication Skills: strong communication and interpersonal skillsAdaptability: ability to work in a face-paced and high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detailExperience: at least 2 years previous experience in a similar role and experience with Italian food is preferredPositivity: a team player with a willingness to learn and strong work ethicFlexibility: availability over a 7-day rotating roster; including weekdays, weekends and public holidaysPART-TIME CONTRACTS AVAILABLE (30-35 hours per/wk) About us Italian Street Kitchen is a contemporary and fast-casual dining restaurant that pays homage to the lively eateries of Italy's side streets.
